MEET THE FOUNDER

Elaine Bivens (Coach E) is a dancer and choreographer from Tuscaloosa, AL, whose love of dance began at the tender age of 5. Determined to fulfill her dreams as a dancer and gain technical training, her humble beginnings started with participating in her middle school dance team in which she became Captain her first year. This further sparked her passion for dance and led her to becoming a Dancing Ivory for Paul W. Bryant High School in Tuscaloosa, AL and a Maroon Mirage Dancer for Alabama A&M University.

She is currently a dancer in the Adult Company for Ursula Smith Dance located in historical Downtown Birmingham, AL. She has also performed with Dance Levels, located in Pinson, AL, in their annual production entitled Journey to Africa, in 2021. She is also the Head Coach of a High School dance team within Birmingham City Schools.
